Still really bad. The I/O will still crawl under non-SSD machines. The most reasonable requeriments for W10 should have been, for home users, about 1GB of RAM, an SSE2 processor and a GPU which could do 1280x720. 

Another GB, maybe, for modern browsing, with Ublock and Chromium with the --light switch or the ones from git://bitreich.org/privacy-haters.
 
Trisquel Mini 11/Lubuntu 24.04 curb stombs the requeriments down while having similar features.
